Nowadays longer waiting time has been a matter of concern to the customers. This phenomenon is mainly affecting patients in the healthcare industries. The customers often face longer waiting time to utilize the services provided by the service providers. The following study is based on the study of waiting time and understanding the effect of waiting time on patient satisfaction. This research paper highlights and suggests the different methods to reduce the waiting time by implementing time management methods in healthcare system. Keywords

Since its inception, passenger traffic on Mumbai suburban trains has increased by many fold whereas the capacity has been augmented from 9-car to 12-car/15-car rakes inadequately. The super dense crush load on the train floor is approximately 14-16 standing passengers per square meter. During 2002-2012, more than 36,000 lives have been lost on Mumbai suburban trains either due to avoidable reasons such as falling off due to overcrowding, trespassing, or getting hit by poles, etc.
Every passenger experiences great difficulties and fear to travel by suburban train during most of the time of the day; especially during peak hours. This is mainly due to undisciplined and unplanned passenger flow on the platform, while boarding/alighting and onboard train.
This is going to be continued phenomenon for next many years, as demand will always prevail over supply of local trains in Mumbai.
The findings of this study are based on the analysis of a sample of 122 respondents and their sensitivity while boarding, alighting and onboard train. The questionnaire with 5- point likert scale is used to understand the apprehensive feelings of passengers travelling in Mumbai suburban trains.

In the era of technology, every student around the world is mostly dependent on internet based resources. From KG to PG, it is general observation that nowadays students are more attracted to E-learning systems which are easily available at any point of time. Thus students are becoming reluctant to actually borrow books from the library and use them physically for reading or learning purposes. Researcher would like to understand the relationship between habit of borrowing library books and grades achieved. The samples of 338 passed out students of 2011-13 and 2012-14 batches of MMS for four semesters are being studied to reveal the relationship. The hypothesis considering the association between grades and books borrowings is tested with the help of chi square test .It is generally observed that that student who has borrowed more books had achieved better grades than less book borrowing student except few cases. However, it would be foolish to say that simply borrowing a more books will fetch better grades. Keywords

Every product or service necessarily passes through its life cycle. The life cycle involves five distinct stages: product development, introduction, growth, maturity and decline. However due to rapid technological changes, stiff competition and changing customer preferences, the length of product life cycle is getting shortened. In today's challenging world, even legendary brands struggle to stay in the mature stage for a long time.
Today Indian roads are clogged by many different makes and models of automobiles. One time favourites Ambassador and Fiat are sidelined by new entrants such as Maruti, Hyundai, Ford, Tata, and Volkswagen by their stiff competition, generational shifts or technological innovations either in product or processes. The same is true in two wheeler industry too. Failure or delay to adopt changes/innovations lead to downtimes and affect the production; which in turn affects the goodwill of the customer as well as profitability.
The study aims (i) to understand whether the respondents have shown the significant association in the ranking of the reasons of failures or not (ii) to check whether these reasons are influenced differently by the male&female respondents.
The initial survey was conducted with 121 respondents which include 64 male&57 female respondents. This article use Kendall's coefficient of concordance (W) with Chi Square (χ2) values with (N-1) degree of freedom to identify significant association in field survey data. The F-test is used to check the equality of variances of two normal populations to understand whether there is considerable difference between the male&female perception while ranking.
The findings signify that the respondents are applying essentially the same standard in ranking the reasons of failure&there are no significant differences in male&female perception in assessing the reasons of failures.

Railway transportation is common, preferable and cheapest mode of transport across world. Suburban or metro train plays major role in public transport system in almost all metro cities worldwide. Sustainable passenger railway system can be means of checking the growth of the automobile in cities. Railways are growing in by increasing their capacity. But passenger demand prevails over supply capacity. Outburst of passenger in and around railway station premises is common phenomenon especially during peak hours. Railways are keen in improving the comfort, safety and security of passengers using rail transports. This paper is aimed to map available literature on passenger flow in railway transportation. Keywords
