The digital world of computer technology grown up with varies developments in the field science. As we all are the part of the era of technology, we should know the changes in the technology. This paper focuses on combinational science of emerging science and technology of small things called Nanotechnology and science of living systems and organisms to develop or make product called Biotechnology.Nanotechnology is the design of materials, structure, devices, or systems with enormous potential to change society at the atomic scale, which is about 1 to 100 nanometers. Meanwhile, Biotechnology represents the use of living systems and organisms to develop or make product. The unification of nanotechnology and biotechnology is the Nanobiotechnology. This technology is a multidisciplinary field that currently recruits approach, technology and facility available in conventional as well as advanced avenues of engineering, physics, chemistry and biology. It is playing vital role in the field of biological science. The current review paper introduces PET molecular digital technology in the field of biotechnology.
