The project was conducted at St. Martha’s college of nursing, Bengaluru among 60 young female adults. Non-probability convenient sampling technique was used for selection of samples and the data was analyzed and interpreted by using descriptive and inferential statistics. An information pamphlet was distributed among young female adults. Findings: The study findings revealed that 38.4% have adequate knowledge, 48.3% have moderate knowledge and 13.3% have inadequate knowledge regarding Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. The data analysis regarding association between knowledge score with selected baseline variables revealed that there is no association between knowledge score with selected baseline variables such as age, religion, regularity of menstrual cycle and sources of information.
