Abstract

Faculty development is another term for professional growth. Fresh vision is needed to create the new delivery system for learning, new paradigms for financing and new models for higher education. The philosophy of faculty development varies from college to college. It has a pivotal role to adapt the drastic changes in various nursing fraternity.
