Five new 3-substituted -4H-1, 2, 4-triazoles derivates 4 (a-e) were synthesized by treatment of 4-alkyl diazo substituted 4H-1, 2,4-triazoles-3-thiole with different aliphatic and aromatic amines to give the titled compounds. All the synthesized derivatives were characterized by spectral (UV, IR, 1H-NMR, MS) and elemental analysis. The in vitro antimicrobial activity of all the derivatives were evaluated against the pathogens, S. aureus, B. subtilis, P. aeruginosa, E. coli, A. niger and C. albicans. Some derivatives were found to possess very promising antimicrobial activity.Keywords
