To evaluate the iron composition in the water and vitamin C and iron concentration in the grapes juices of channat valley.Total 30 samples of water was collected for analysis from the valley and 20 samples of different grapes benches is selected from different locations for evaluation. Method. For analysis of iron metal in water and grapes an Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS) was used, for determination of vitamin C in grape juice a traditional titration method is adopted. Result. The composition of iron in channat valley water is 0.0885 mg/L (mean), the concentration of vitamin C in the grapes juice was 12.25 mg/100 g(mean) and the iron in grapes juice is 0.347 mg/100g (mean). Keywords

A simple and sensitive flow injection Spectrophotometric method is reported for the determination of vitamin A and E using Ferrozine-Fe(II) detection system. In the presence of vitamin A/E, Fe(III) reduces. The in situ reduced ions are then reacted with Ferrozine to make a magenta colored complex, which is monitored at absorption wavelength of 562 nm. Vitamin A shows a linear calibration graph in the concentration range of 0.1-10 μg/mL with a limit of detection (3s) of 0.06 μg/mL. The coefficient of determination was r2=0.9974 with relative standard deviations (n = 4) in the range of 0.8-2.8%. The proposed method allowed 10 injections per hour. Vitamin E gives a calibration graph linear in the concentration range of 0.1-20 μg/mL with a limit of detection (3s) of 0.03 μg/mL. The coefficient of determination was r2=0.9993 with relative standard deviations (n = 4) in the range of 1.1- 2.6% with a sample throughput of 30 injections per hour. The method was applied to determine both vitamins in pharmaceuticals, infant milk and blood serum samples using hexane extraction. The method is validated by comparing with HPLC reference method. The calculated results showed that there is no significant difference between the two methods at 95% confidence level. Keywords

To evaluate the water composition of the lake. Total 20 samples of water were collected for analysis of different salts from the lake and 10 samples were once again collected after laps of two years from the previous selected points to show the difference in result. We also monitor the two years precipitation, Sun shine hour, average temperature and bacterial composition to support result. From this investigating we come to know following results.i. Coloiform bacteria in all 20 samples were greater than 240 /100 ml.
ii. The concentration of Alkalinity 2.18 m.mol/l Sulfate 37.5, Potassium1.56 and Calcium 48.1 of lake water increase ppm within two years.
