Labor- Absorption in Agriculture: need for an Alternative Development Strategy

The problems of most of the LDCs originate from lack of understanding and clear perspective in developmental strategies at the policy making level. The failure of these economies in boosting their economic growth can mainly be attributed to their imitative strategy of development.
