Laminectomy for Spinal Canal Stenosis under Sole Epidural Anaesthesia

Epidural analgesia (EA) is an extensively used procedure for many surgeries. It is utilized for post-operative analgesia also. Spine surgeries are widely done under General Anesthesia. This case report is based on an attempt to conduct lumbar laminectomy surgery in an adult patient under sole epidural technique.
