Case Report of Child with Ectopia Vesicae and its Anaesthetic Consideration
Bladder extrophia is a genetic disorder affecting lower abdominal wall & urinary bladder. Here the anterior wall of the bladder and lower abdominal wall were absent. The challenges include paediatric patient, prolonged surgery and pain management.
