Case Report on Anaesthetic Management of Tetralogy of Fallot
Tetralogy of Fallot ismost common congenital cyanotic heart disease. Only 14% reach adulthood without surgical correction. It includes ventricular septal defect, right ventricular outflow tract obstruction, aortic over-ride, and right ventricular hypertrophy.
