Osteogenesis imperfecta(OI) is a rare, genetically inherited syndrome involving connective tissue. It results in fragile bones, blue sclera, coagulation abnormalities, hearing loss and interstitial lung disease.Anesthesiologicchallenges pertain todifficult airway, risk of odontoaxial dislocation, cervical vertebrae and teeth fractures during laryngoscopy. We present a case of OI with femur nailing managed under General anaesthesia.
