A Randomized Comparative Study between Selective Walking Spinal Anesthesia between Low Dose Bupivacaine with Fentanyl and Low Dose Bupivacaine with Tramadol in Outpatient Anorectal Surgeries
Although most ambulatory procedures are done under general anaesthesia, central neuraxial block is increasingly becoming popular. Spinal anaesthesia is a safe and reliable technique for outpatient procedures with quick onset, rapid turnover time and cost effectiveness.
