Perception of Operation Theatre Personnel about Attributes Contributing to the Constitution of a Competent Anaesthetist: A Qualitative Study
All anaesthetists undergo the same basic training, when it comes to the actual practice of anaesthesia, but it is possible to distinguish some of them as ‘good’ anaesthetists. This difference is also related to the non-technical attributes which are personality and attitude related qualities. These qualities are equally important as technical skills in anaesthesia practice.
