Comparative Study to Know the Efficacy of Oral Clonidine as Premedication in Attenuation of Haemodynamic Responses to Laryngoscopy in Hypertensive Patients

Sympathetic response associated with laryngoscopy, intubation is recognised as a potential cause for a number of complications in hypertensive patients. The aim of this study is to evaluate effectiveness of oral clonidine premedication to attenuate haemodynamic response with laryngoscopy.
