Benefit Evaluation and Efficiency Measure of Low Carbon Transformation in Mining Enterprises
The Paper first applies analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method, and constructs index system of evaluation for low carbon transformation benefit of mining enterprises from three aspects: economic benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits by taking Jincheng Mining Company as an example and making a fuzzy evaluation. Based on this, data envelopment analysis is used to compare the efficiency of different types of mining enterprises. The result shows that the investment direction in reducing carbon emission of different types of mining enterprises is correct, but coal enterprises, metal mining enterprises and mining enterprises in western area need to be further strengthened in capital investment.
