By analyzing the influence factors of low embankment, impact of dynamic traffic condition and dry-wet cycles of underground water are considered, subgrade health evaluation system was built, foundation layer and roadbed layer were chosen as interior influence criterion factors, dry-wet cycle and traffic condition were chosen as exterior influence criterion factors, quadric matter-element model were used to do the evaluation. Applied to low embankment engineering project of North Zhejiang province, evaluation results show that current subgrade comprehensive health condition degree is fair, dry-wet cycle of secondary index is evaluated as worse, traffic conditioning condition is evaluated as fair, which indicates serious engineering problems will not occur in the evaluated road section, but gathered water on road surface and drainage clogging should be carefully dealt with, as well as overload transportation. Evaluation results in accordance with field investigation results, Illustrates the feasibility of the assessment system.
