Analysis Towards Evaluation System and Forecasting Methods of Harmonious Development Coordinating Regional Resources, Environment and Economic Factors

This paper attempts to establish the methods evaluating and forecasting the effectiveness of Changsha’s harmonious development as to coordinate economy, resource and environment, and accordingly on the basis of domestic and international research results, a relatively comprehensive model evaluating the harmonious development coordinating Changsha’s compound system including economy, resource and environment has been proposed by selecting the reasonable indicator systems in accordance with the practical situation of Changsha and under the perspective of harmonious development theories. Further the harmonious development tendency of compound systems integrating Changsha’s economy, resource and environment is forecasted by adapting the composite gray neural network forecasting model. Finally, the states of development of Changsha’s society, economy, resource and environment are analyzed and discussed, and accordingly the beneficial countermeasures and suggestions are carried out by combining the evaluation and forecasting results, as we seek to construct Changsha’s ecological system in a coordinated way and realize the harmonious development of Changsha’s economy, resource and environment.
