In this present paper we are proposing a compact and portable automatic health care monitoring system consists of individual sensors connected to a microcontroller and its embedded in a Smart locket which continuously monitors and diagnose the health parameters like Blood pressure, temperature, heart beat rate and also oxygen saturation (glucose level) this remote monitoring device automatically checks if the measured value of all the health parameters are in limits and if not the information is sent to the doctor and the care takers.
