The Indian corporate giants have also grown and spread deeper into India to give a stiff competition to global giants. This directly results in fantastic career options for an aspiring student today. Every company small, medium or big Indian and/or Multi-National Corporations (MNCs) need good talents. The Education sector has grown leaps and bounds. Universities, Deemed Universities, Self Financing Colleges, Government Colleges, International Degree Programs and Institutes that teach Information Technology related subject …. the list goes on. On the face of it, this looks like there is a conscious effort to create supply of professional talent to match the growing corporate talent needs. However, the question is “does our academic curriculum helps create employable professionals or just graduates who have completed a course”?
