Medicine has a special status in science, philosophy, and daily life. The outcomes of medical care are life or death, and they apply to everybody. Thus mining in medicine is distinct from that in other fields and at the same time very complex Siddha medicine was developed by outstanding Dravidians (ancient Tamils). We classify these disorders by observing respective patterns in the arterial pulse waveforms. In this review we have made an attempt to provided the general information, conceptual basis, different disciplines studies in different systems in the aspect of research and development.
