The main aim of this paper is to place the complaint against college related issues with video, audio and text based proof. And the major advantage is, it will make the university response time in a quick manner. This will follow some process called “Escalation Matrix”. It will work like a indicator which helps to clear the college related issues and also it is student and staff accessible to upload their complaints. This complaints will follow some standard formats to solve the issues as soon as possible. It follows time based process so after specified time it moves to next level like zonal, university and media. When the issues are not cleared it then forwarded to media for publishing process.so that the issue will get to known by the public which finds the solution as soon as possible.
