The logistics function is one of the key modules in ERP that manage and process data related to suppliers, products, orders and deliveries, and inventories. The aim of this research is to evaluate ERP in the organizations that are currently using the system in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The research attempts to bring something new in the field of logistics in Bahrain as lack of papers and manuscripts discussed this issue in the past years. This research aims to evaluate the actual implementation of ERP in the logistics function. The paper combines both quantitative and qualitative research approaches. The quantitative research includes a questionnaire that is distributed to some ERP SAP users in two large companies that currently use the system in the Kingdom of Bahrain, by developing  a new different technology acceptance model to analyze the results based on the regression analysis method. On the other hand, the qualitative research included the interviews with two logistics managers in the two selected companies.
