Determination of Soil Cultivation Using pH
Subscribe/Renew Journal
Soil is considered as one of the most valuable natural resources whose pH value is used to describe the acidity or basicity which determine the nutrient availability and ultimately plant growth. Fifty soil samples were collected and their type was determined by using digital image processing technique. Soil colour is visual perceptual property and their types can be determined using. Red, green, blue values. Soil colours are the parts of visual perceptual property where values of red, green and blue (RGB) provide a clue for different types in soil. For giving input as images, digital camera was used. On the basis of RGB grey values, pixels values and, results are estimated.
