Effectiveness of Allure on Pairs Using New Pairing Modus Operandi

This paper reports the effectiveness of pairs on personality. This study has shown that which pair of students is more effective for the parameters like program clarity, satisfaction, confidence and presentation. From the study it is found that the effectiveness of pairs was mainly on the pair of II, IA, IP as compared to other pairs. In education if this pairing technique is enhancing the effectiveness of average and poor students then this technique should be implemented. This will raise the confidence of the students; students will be more satisfied, have more program clarity and better understanding of the job that they have to do in their classroom sessions. The presentation of average and poor students will also improve. Significant findings for all the parameters program clarity, presentation confidence, and satisfaction level are reported in the paper.
