Abstract
The paper deals with the target of striving for a disease free zone for farm animals using machine learning techniques. For the disease free zone creation, LEAS( Livestock Expert Advisory System) is a method for offline browsing with an optimistic approach that maintain medical treats, prevention and curing methods for an acquired disease, a built of livestock expert advisory system was developed with artificial intelligence techniques. System produces optimistic disease which is reliable to the entered symptoms, along with the curing methods. It consists of hybrid implementation of three mechanisms namely Rule-Based System [1], Artificial Bee Colony Optimization (ABC)[2]and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO)[3]. Livestock expert system is a hybrid architecture which consists of knowledge base information.
