In telecommunication sector different data mining technologies are used to analyze the customer data. Data mining technologies are concerned to understand the behavior of customer of Telecommunication Company that is not interested in their services and move his bossiness to another competitor company, and using some statics measurement to show and predicating the likelihood of this event to occur. This systematic mapping review present an overview of different paper related to churn analysis published in different conferences, journals and symposium. Another outcome of the mapping study will be to outline which type of research has conducted by different researcher to address the churn analysis. In last the different techniques used for churn analysis will be presented in graph. We believe that findings of this mapping study will help the researcher to identify the most prominent technique to address the churner and different research methods to use these techniques.
