A new watermarking based on integer wavelet using image compound encryption algorithm is discussed in this project. In this algorithm, Arnold transform and chaotic mapping are applied into scrambling the original watermark and the iterative time of the Arnold transform and the initial value of the Logistic mapping are taken as the private keys. The original image is decomposed to different frequencies in different resolution levels by integer discrete wavelet transform (IDWT), and then the watermark is embedded into low frequency coefficients of the original image. The experimental results demonstrate its good unification between the robustness and invisibility.

Abstract

A new watermarking based on integer wavelet using image compound encryption algorithm is discussed in this project. In this algorithm, Arnold transform and chaotic mapping are applied into scrambling the original watermark and the iterative time of the Arnold transform and the initial value of the Logistic mapping are taken as the private keys. The original image is decomposed to different frequencies in different resolution levels by integer discrete wavelet transform (IDWT), and then the watermark is embedded into low frequency coefficients of the original image. The experimental results demonstrate its good unification between the robustness and invisibility.
