This paper makes an attempt to study and analyze the various operating parameters which influence the SAR measurements. The experimental evaluations are done in the radiative near field area covering a distance between 30-50 m depending upon the operating frequency. This paper tries to locate a suitable frequency whose SAR will be minimum. According to international standards the key parameters that influence SAR include distance, frequency phone angle, Tissue type and the Age.
