An Improved Circuit for ZVS Synchronous Buck Converter at High Frequency

This paper proposes a modified circuit for synchronous buck converter with resonant components. This converter is modified from the basic synchronous buck converter circuit to achieve ZVS across the main switch. A detailed description of circuit is presented along with some simulation results. Simulation results are shown using MATLAB/Simulink model at 400 KHz.
