Implementation of Servo Response Based Fuzzy PID Controller using Jacketed Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor

This work gives a control design of a non-linear continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR) under its mathematical equivalent model ling of the physical system. Find the transfer function from the process for different operating condition of CSTR. Then design a controller of convectional PID, Ziegler-Nichols PID and Fuzzy PID to apply the system and notice which one gives better set point tracking under the servo operation. The simulation is performed in MATLAB software and result shows that servo response of Fuzzy based PID is the better controller to track the set point Quickly than Ziegler-Nichols method and convectional PID method.
