Many schools in Village Sectors do not have good Educational Infrastructure and Skillful Teachers. This leads to a poor Quality Education in Villages. On the other hand, Schools in Urban Sectors have very good Educational Infrastructure and well Skilled Teachers, hence provides Quality Education. Educational contents from the Urban Sector schools can be recorded in digital media such as Classroom Lectures, Digital Notes and Digital Books. Then this material can be delivered to the Urban Sector Schools in free of cost to provide Quality Education. The main problem with this idea is that there is no good Network Infrastructure in Village Regions to transfer Digital Educational Contents in a cost effective way. Deploying new Network Infrastructure for this purpose will be very costly. To resolve this problem we have proposed Delay/Disruption Tolerant Network technique in this paper to provide Communication among Urban and Village Schools using Existing BUS Transportation System. DTN uses bundle protocol where challenged networking environments exhibits. This research aims to investigate the Efficiency of the DTN Network Architecture in educational content delivery using various Simulation Models.
