The Mobile Based Remote Networking is a software application, which is used to monitor and access the remote system. The existing application in which the remote system are monitor and access done from a particular location. User cant in Dynamic position. User must be static position will accessing the remote system. The user must be present in a particular location while accessing the remote system. The main aim of the Mobile Based Remote application is to remotely access and control different applications on a static IP PC and Mobile by connecting to it over a GPRS link from a J2ME enabled cell phone. The possible applications are: i) Launching Win amp, WordPad, games or other similar applications ii) Shutting down and restarting or logging off from your machine iii) Formatting hard drives iv) Running Internet Explorer with the required URL v) Remote Database access including Query Processing and viewing the results on the cell phone vi) Remote Desktop Connection from the Cell Phone.

In Mobile based Remote Networking, Java Wireless Simulation Toolkit is used and simulations result has shown. The Sun Java Wireless Toolkit for is a set of tools that makes it possible to create applications for mobile phones and other wireless devices. Although it is based on the Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP) 2.1, the Sun Java TM Wireless Toolkit for CLDC also supports many optional packages, making it a widely capable development toolkit.

By using this Mobile Based Remote Networking the user can access and monitor the remoter system ant the server in dynamic position.
