Almost everyone in the corporate world has at least one Web-based e-mail account. In the normal system, user having multiple mail accounts from different mail servers have to access their mail accounts by using the different mail clients corresponding to the appropriate mail server. For each mail ID, interface connects with the different server. The DB server contains the details of the username and password of the users. Web Interface connects the mail client with the Database server and Mail server. This way of mail retrieval is so costly and involves large downloading time as it does not download the mailbox alone from mail servers. In addition to the mails, they download the additional information like advertisement, news,E-commerce, etc… Currently very few integrated system for individual’s multiple mail accounts which do not solve the existing problems. This system UAMMS is maintain a single interface for the different mail ID’s of the particular user, a username and password are specified. Instead of specifying the username and password for each e-mail ID’s, the mail ID’s are grouped and the username and password are given, thereby generating dynamic pages, displaying email messages from various email accounts at the client’s desktop through the web interface. This system is implemented using the MVC (model view Controller) architecture.
