The main aim of this research is too focused on Networked Control System (NCS) with sensor network. In many industrial applications it is necessary to combine the complex unit such as machine/factory operations and information processes through a wire or wireless in order to minimize the cost and function. Hence the frame work is designed to interconnect these operations in the remote monitoring and control. It provides merit in terms of flexibility, reduced installation, and maintenance costs. Some of the basic capabilities of NCS are command, communication and network. To achieve this in a proper way the delay is to be reduced and to maintain the resource allocation. The proposed design concentrates on two major challenges such as Energy and Utilization factor.
