Abstract

Blockchain is an innovative technology that can improve customer service, create end-to-end value and improve operational efficiency. Blockchain is a list of digital records of software packages called blocks that are cryptographically linked and protected. Blockchain is a platform for developing decentralized applications and data storage, its role is that it can generate not only the technology of cryptocurrency, but also decentralized events, transactions and data generated in various ways. And copy the ledger. IT processes ensure strong encryption, such as tamper protection, immutability and verifiability. In this article, we will briefly explain what blockchain is, its history, its characteristics, and its impact on blockchain business and research approaches.
