The aim of this project is to propose a portable device, designed for visuallyImpaired and blind individuals to assist them with getting around. This can beachieved by providing a device with the assistive technology to help the blind and visually impaired people. Vision is one of the very essential human sensesand it plays the most important role in human perception about surroundingenvironment. Hence, over hundreds of projects have been developed on thesesubjects that propose a variety of computer vision products and services bydeveloping new electronic aids for the blind. This projects aims to introduce aproposed system that restores a central function of the visual system which isthe identification of surrounding objects. This method is not based on the local Features extraction concept. The architecture of the system includes the Processor Arduino UNO, ultrasonic sensors, Normal cap, Buzzer (5V) and a Power source.
