Advanced wireless networks need high throughput to serve various multimedia applications. This requirement of high throughput is achievable if the transmitter has up to date information about channel quality of the receiver. This up to date information about channel quality should send to the Base Station (BS) by Mobile Station (MS). To enhance the channel transmission, Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) technology is introduced. This transmission technique is best useful for 4G wireless networks. This paper will give detailed outlook on the implementation of MIMO with the known Channel state Information at the Transmitter and Receiver. The conventional method of MIMO with CSIT is not sufficient to serve for advanced multimedia applications. Hence, there is strong need to implement MIMO with CSIT and CSIR.
