Wireless mesh technology is one of the most advanced technologies and can be viewed as the technology of the future. A Wireless Mesh Network (WMN) has been formed by connection of number of wireless access points. It is designed to communicate between nodes using the air interface organized in mesh topology and it is a self-forming, self-configuring and multi-hop network. In this paper, we have analyzed the performance of WMN in terms of average end to end delay, throughput and jitter by implementing the CBR (Constant Bit Rate) traffic between nodes. Results showed that number of packets transmitted has a direct influence on the QoS metrics of the WMN.
