Work environment can be both motivating and discouraging. Time spent in the office with colleagues influences the behavior and personality on an individual directly. It also lays a direct effect on the physical, social and emotional well being of the individual. Sleeping pattern gets disturbed in most of the cases. Insomnia and partial insomnia have now been recognized as an indicator of stress and pressure caused at workplace.
