The Iris pattern is an important biological feature of human body. The recognition of an individual based on iris pattern is gaining more popularity due to the uniqueness of the pattern among the people. In this paper PCA based iris recognition using DWT is proposed. The upper and lower portion of the iris which is occluded by the eyelids and eyelashes is removed using morphological process. According to Springer Analysis of CASIA data base, to get better recognition forty five pixels to left and right of the pupil boundary is considered as iris template for the proposed algorithm analysis. The image is enhanced using Histogram. Equalization to get high contrast. DWT is applied on histogram equalized iris template to get DWT coefficients. The features are extracted from the approximation band of the DWT coefficients using PCA. Multiple classifiers such as KNN, RF and SVM are used for matching. The proposed algorithm has better performance parameters compared to existing algorithm. Keywords

Hybrid protocol combines the advantages of proactive and reactive routing in adhoc network. The routing is initially established with some proactively prospected routes and then serves the demand from additionally activated nodes through reactive flooding. In this paper we propose A Quality Hybrid Service Discovery Protocol (QHSDP) for discovering services. A broadcast mechanism is used to get the service and routing information of the nodes present inside the zone. The routing and service information reduces the packet flooding in the network hence reducing collision and increasing packet delivery efficiency. Reduced control packets in turn reduces the battery power consumption. A query message is bordercasted through the peripheral nodes to the nodes outside the zone. This makes the discovery procedure more sclable, hence increasing the node's coverage and reducing the latency in the proposed technology compared to the existing technology.- Hybrid Domain Based Face Recognition System

Automation in every field of daily life is required the need of mechanized human identification and verification for ensuring the security. The study of physiological or the behavioural information is referred to as biometrics. Face recognition is a highly active research area with a wide variety application. In this paper, we propose Hybrid Domain Based Face Recognition System (HDFRS) for different databases. The original face image is resized to uniform dimensions of 2p x 2q. The DT-CWT of a signal x (n) is constructed using two critically-sampled DWTs in parallel with same data. The five levels Dual-Tree Complex Wavelet Transform (DT-CWT) is applied on face image to obtain DT-CWT coefficients. The matrix of DT-CWT coefficients is segmented in to 3x3 matrixes. The Local Binary Pattern (LBP) algorithm is applied on each 3x3 matrix to get final features. The Euclidean Distance (ED) is used to compare features of test face image with data base images. It is observed that the values of False Rejection Rate (FRR), False Acceptance Rate (FAR) and Total Success Rate (TSR) are better in the proposed model compare to existing method. Keywords
