Community Economic Improvement on Flats Based on Sustainable Housing Concept

Flats is one alternative to solving the housing and settlement needs. Provision flats aimed at low income household. To improve the quality of life requires an increase in sustainable economic aspects. The concept of Sustainable Housing at economic aspects in use of home based enterprise as a solution. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. The technique of collecting data using interviews and observation. Results of this research is sustainable housing concept of flats in the economic aspect.
