Using Data Envelopment Analysis to Evaluate Technical Training Program for Maintenance Units

Applying data envelope analysis (DEA), this study focuses on the influences of objectivity and subjectivity on aircraft maintenance supervision evaluation and inspection procedure; the aim is to improve overall logistic operation and training efficiency. Moreover, the results of this analysis will be helpful for making decisions in training, management, capability and competitiveness.
