The proposed system mainly involves the preparation of IoT based sensor control in order to maintain the industrial safety whenever there is a fluctuation in the heat, water and radiation etc. By doing so using that technology along with the interface ESP8266 which manipulates all the values in cut off and if there is any increase of value it is indicated in the display and also the alert is given to them. Thus the module is being designed in such a way that it has all types of sensors like gas sensors, proximity sensor and heatsensor incorporated into them in proper way to support the safety. The WiFi module is connected with the system so as to achieve the guidelines to manage the sensitive alert to the end user to maintain the results at valid condition. The results and every guidelines show that test cases observed to be good in calculating the risk and alert the end user to get rid of industrial accidents. Keywords

In this paper illustration of the designed prototype to improve the distance measurement system using ultrasonic waves and is linked to arduino. The distance from the sensor from the sensor is measured by the ultrasonic sensor. Measurement distance using Arduino Ultrasonic Sensor is a very simple project to measure short distance accurately. Before you start you should know about the Ultrasonic Sensor HC SR-04, which is a less expensive sensor. The ultrasonic sensor has Transmitter and Receiver modules. Part of the transmission releases the heartbeat and part of the receiver receives the heartbeat. If an obstacle is placed in front of the sensor, the transmitted pulse removes the obstruction and is visible in the rear. The displayed pulse is received by the receiver part. The time between transfer and acceptance is calculated. This data is processed to calculate the distanceKeywords
