Great challenging second nucleophilic substitution of pyrimidine reaction was achieved by palladium catalyzed coupling reaction at higher temperature under microwave irradiation in closed system using 1,4-dioxane as solvent with high yield. Further, structures of these newly synthesized compounds were confirmed by spectral and elemental analysis.

Abstract

Great challenging second nucleophilic substitution of pyrimidine reaction was achieved by palladium catalyzed coupling reaction at higher temperature under microwave irradiation in closed system using 1,4-dioxane as solvent with high yield. Further, structures of these newly synthesized compounds were confirmed by spectral and elemental analysis.
