Abstract

The enervating fossil fuel assets and increasing concern towards global heating up, have wrought the need to surge for the alternative power generation options. Hybrid  renewable energy sources are getting hold of nowadays, as improvement of more energy efficient, reduce pollution and also they areperform a favorable in solution to the toughest energy crisis forced during the recent years. In this proposed paper, represents a unique control line of attack for achieving benefits from these grid-interfacing inverter, when installed in three phase, 4-wire distribution systems. The grid interface inverter is regulating to perform as a multi-function device by incorporating active power filter utility. The grid interface inverter can be operated as:1) Power converter  injects  power generated from HRES to the grid and 2) Shunt APF are recompense current disturb, load current harmonics, load reactive power require and load neutral current. All of these functions may be capable for either individually or combination of grid-interfacing inverter with the three phase,4-wire linear/non-linear unbalanced load at point of common coupling appears as balanced linear load to the grid. This new control theory is provenin extensive MATLAB/Simulation analyses and validated through artificial neuro fuzzy interference system.
