The people factor at work is the crux of present-day organizations across the globe. To bridge the gap between sustainable development and employee performance the context of human creativity, innovation and novelty is of prime concern. The objective of the study is to explore and investigate the prominent domains and items that may be considered in line with employee creativity and sustainable business development globally. The paper makes an attempt to reveal the prominent domains and items that may be considered in line with employee creativity and innovation for sustainable development for the organizations of 21st century millennium.
