PLACENTA PRAEVIA is fairly common (I in I55; Dr. A. L. Mudaliar, Government Hospital for Women and Children, Madras) but Placenta accreta is rather rare. The difficulty of diagnosing this case and the uneventful recovery of the patient prompted one to publish this case.
