Some Implications and Issues of ICT Developments on Fiscal Management in Libraries

Growth of information and communication technologies (ICTs) and advent of ecommerce has resolved some long pending fiscal management problems of libraries. While some are naturally overcome by adoption of new technology, others particularly e-procurement and consortia payments which require management's positive support are yet to bring desired results.
