Application of Text Mining Tools for Knowledge Management

This paper presents an overview of the use of Text Mining (TM) in Knowledge Management (KM), with a focus on the main functions of TM. Various TM tools available for specific purpose, framework for evaluation of the TM software, overview of KM and how TM is applicable to KM are discussed.

Abstract
