It was a hallmark of Sir Asutosh that he used very simple mathematics for solving quite complex problems. In this paper,the first integral of Euler's equation of motion in hydrodynamics has been obtained by using Clebsch's transformation. This method was given by Sir Asutosh Mookerjee.

Abstract
